Overview

This website (emmanuelnoi.dev) is a personal portfolio site. I respect your privacy and collect minimal data. This policy explains what information is collected and how it is used.

Information Collected

  • Contact form submissions: Your name, email address, and message when you use the contact form. This data is sent via EmailJS and is not stored on any server I control.
  • Analytics: Vercel Web Analytics may collect anonymous usage data such as page views, referrer, and browser type. No personally identifiable information is tracked.
  • Theme preference: Your dark/light mode preference is stored locally in your browser (localStorage) and is never transmitted to any server.

Data Retention

Contact form submissions are processed by EmailJS at the time of sending and delivered to my email inbox. No submissions are stored in a database or server-side system controlled by this site. Vercel analytics data is retained according to Vercel's standard retention periods and is aggregated and anonymized. Your theme preference stored in localStorage persists until you clear your browser data and is never transmitted externally.

Cookies

This site does not use tracking cookies. Vercel may set essential cookies for deployment and analytics purposes. No third-party advertising cookies are used.

Third-Party Services

Security

This site is served over HTTPS with TLS encryption. All third-party integrations use secure API endpoints. The site does not store passwords, payment information, or sensitive personal data. The codebase is open source and available for review on GitHub.

Your Rights

Since this site collects minimal data, there is little personal information to manage. If you have submitted a contact form and wish to have your message deleted, please reach out via the contact page.

Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated occasionally. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
